- 70g Butter
- 180g Fragrant Rice
- 15g Chopped Onions
- 5g Chopped Garlic
- 320ml Water
- 40ml Cooking Cream
- 35g Horlicks
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
Dilute the Horlicks into the cooking cream and mix it well.
In a frying pan on low-medium heat, melt the butter.
Add in onions and garlic and sauté them till light brown.
Add in Fragrant rice.
Pour in the water, followed by the Horlicks and cooking cream mixture.
Season it with salt and pepper.
Fry the rice until the grains are slightly brown and smell fragrant.
