Horlicks Cornflake Cookies

Ingredients

  • 125g Butter
  • 110g Castor Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 165g Flour
  • 1/2tsp Baking Powder
  • 50g Horlicks
  • 50g Cornflakes

Methods

  • Preheat oven at 170°C.

  • Cream butter & sugar together until fluffy. Next, add in the eggs gradually.

  • Add in the rest of the dry ingredients and mix evenly. Add in the cornflakes and fold it into the dough (It is alright to break the cornflakes when mixing).

  • Take the dough around 8g and put it on the baking tray. Repeat till all the dough is used up.

  • Bake at 170°C for 25-30 mins or until they are golden brown.

  • Let the cookies cool down before serving.
