- 125g Butter
- 110g Castor Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 165g Flour
- 1/2tsp Baking Powder
- 50g Horlicks
- 50g Cornflakes
Preheat oven at 170°C.
Cream butter & sugar together until fluffy. Next, add in the eggs gradually.
Add in the rest of the dry ingredients and mix evenly. Add in the cornflakes and fold it into the dough (It is alright to break the cornflakes when mixing).
Take the dough around 8g and put it on the baking tray. Repeat till all the dough is used up.
Bake at 170°C for 25-30 mins or until they are golden brown.
Let the cookies cool down before serving.
