- 250g Butter
- 150g Sugar
- 5nos Egg
- 250g Flour
- 100g Horlicks
- 8g Baking Powder
- 30g Pandan Flavouring
Dusting
- 20g Horlicks
Methods
Cake

Cream butter & sugar together until fluffy. Next, add one egg at a time together with the pandan flavouring.

Add in the rest of the dry ingredients into the butter mixture and mix evenly.

Pour the batter into a cake tin and bake it at 170°C for 40-45 mins.

Once cake is done baking, leave it to cool down.
Dusting

Sprinkle/sieve Horlicks powder on top of the cake.
