Horlicks Pandan Cake

Ingredients

Cake

  • 250g Butter
  • 150g Sugar
  • 5nos Egg
  • 250g Flour
  • 100g Horlicks
  • 8g Baking Powder
  • 30g Pandan Flavouring

Dusting

  • 20g Horlicks

Methods

Cake

  • Cream butter & sugar together until fluffy. Next, add one egg at a time together with the pandan flavouring.

  • Add in the rest of the dry ingredients into the butter mixture and mix evenly.

  • Pour the batter into a cake tin and bake it at 170°C for 40-45 mins.

  • Once cake is done baking, leave it to cool down.

Dusting

  • Sprinkle/sieve Horlicks powder on top of the cake.
