- 30pcs Popiah Skin
- 50g Horlicks
- 500ml Cooking Oil
Brush the Popiah skin with water and roll it to a stick roll.
Cut the popiah rolls into diagonal pieces.
Heat up the cooking oil, then fry the Popiah rolls until they are golden brown.
Pour into a mixing bowl and add in Horlicks powder. Mix till the popiah rolls are well coated with Horlicks.
