Preheat oven at 175°C.
Cream butter & sugar together until flu!y. Next, add one egg at a time.
Add in flour, Horlicks powder and baking powder into the butter mixture. Mix well till mixture is combined.
Pour the batter into baking tray and put apple filling on top of the batter.
Mix butter, sugar, flour and Horlicks until evenly combined. The mixture should be forming crumbs and hold together when pinched.
Sprinkle crumble on top of the cake batter.
Baked at 170°C for 40-45 mins.
Once, it is done baking, leave it to cool down before serving.
