  • 200g Butter
  • 120g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 110g Flour
  • 195g Cornflour
  • 40g Custard Powder
  • 100g Horlicks
  • 5g Red Colouring
  • 5g Green Colouring


  • 50g Chocolate Chips


  1. Preheat oven at 170°C.

  2. Cream butter & sugar together until fluffy. Next, add in egg gradually into the butter mixture.

  3. Add in the rest of the dry ingredients and mix evenly.

  4. Next, divide the dough into 3 parts and mix each of the dough with each of the colourings.

  5. Add the 3 coloured dough into a prepared piping bag with nozzle.Pipe desired size on the baking tray.

  6. Put the chocolate chip in the middle of the piped dough and bake at 170°C for 18-25 mins.
