Preheat oven at 175°C.
Mix all the dough ingredients into a bowl till it is well combined.
Take around 8g and put in the bubble rice. Roll it to a round shape.
Put the rounded dough on to the baking tray and bake at 170°C for 20-25 mins.
Roll the baked cookie balls with Horlicks powder in a cup for easy dusting.
Serve the cookie balls on a plate or place them into mini cupcake holders.
