Horlicks Snowball Cookies

Ingredients

Dough

  • 50g Vanasphati Ghee
  • 50g Cooking Oil
  • 25g Icing Sugar
  • 250g Flour
  • 50g Horlicks
  • 50g Bubble Rice

Dusting

  • 50g Horlicks
  • 25g Icing Sugar

Methods

  1. Preheat oven at 175°C.

Dough

  1. Mix all the dough ingredients into a bowl till it is well combined.

  2. Take around 8g and put in the bubble rice. Roll it to a round shape.

  3. Put the rounded dough on to the baking tray and bake at 170°C for 20-25 mins.

Dusting

  1. Roll the baked cookie balls with Horlicks powder in a cup for easy dusting.

  2. Serve the cookie balls on a plate or place them into mini cupcake holders.
