Preheat oven at 170°c.
Combine sponge cake mix, Horlicks powder, water and eggs into a mixing bowl.
Beat at high speed until fluffy. Gradually add in the melted butter.
Next, pour the mixture into a wide baking tray and bake at 170°C for 8-10 mins.
Beat the cream cheese, sugar, butter together.
Add in Horlicks powder and lemon juice until well combined.
Spread the mixture on the sponge cake evenly. Then roll the sponge till it is tight.
Chill the swiss roll for 2 hours before serve.
