  • 30pcs Popiah Skin
  • 50g Horlicks
  • 500ml Cooking Oil


  1. Brush the Popiah skin with water and roll it to a stick roll.

  2. Cut the popiah rolls into diagonal pieces.

  3. Heat up the cooking oil, then fry the Popiah rolls until they are golden brown.

  4. Pour into a mixing bowl and add in Horlicks powder. Mix till the popiah rolls are well coated with Horlicks.
